A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

The housing management worker is to provide effective housing management and tenancy support to residents, ensuring accommodation is safe, well-maintained, and managed in line with Changing Lives policies and procedures

The post holder is responsible for supporting residents to sustain their accommodation, understand their tenancy responsibilities, and develop the skills needed to move on to independent living. The role involves carrying out property inspections, managing voids and repairs, addressing tenancy related issues, promoting health and safety within the properties, and working collaboratively with support staff and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes for residents.

The Housing management worker will contribute to creating a safe, welcoming and empowering environment for individuals affected by domestic abuse, supporting them maintain stable accommodation and work toward greater independence and wellbeing.
