Our Outreach, Advocacy and Support Service is made up of IDVAs, caseworkers, and specialist staff supporting women and children within our safe and supported accommodation provision. We work closely with partner agencies to ensure that victims and survivors of domestic abuse receive a high-quality standard of support and advocacy.
Our expert team provides helpline support and specialist advocacy services, including dedicated IDVAs for women experiencing multiple disadvantages and young women. We also provide one-to-one and group counselling for survivors, as well as short-term support for family members and friends affected by domestic abuse. We are an inclusive service and support people of all ages, disabilities, sexual orientations, ethnicities and religions.
