tombola is seeking a Lead Game Developer in Sunderland to lead a small squad of in-house developers, mentor the team and stay hands-on with development. You will work closely with designers, product and stakeholders to deliver engaging games and drive features forward.
The role combines people leadership with technical delivery in a hybrid setup: three days a week in the Sunderland office and two days remote, enabling collaboration and flexible working.
