Kianxia Logistics is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our operational team at our SR3 3XG
facility. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, managing stock movements, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accurate data entry within our warehouse management systems.

• Oversee and manage daily inventory control procedures using Blue Yonder (JDA) software.
• Conduct regular stock takes, audits, and cycle counts to maintain real-time system accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, variances, mispicks, and damaged goods.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods receipts, ensuring paperwork and physical counts match.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, transport planners, and dispatch teams to maintain smooth stock flow.
• Maintain optimal pick locations, stock profiling, and warehouse space utilization.
• Generate daily/weekly stock reporting for operational management.

• Software:
  Hands-on experience using Blue Yonder (JDA/Red Prairie) WMS is essential.
• Background:
  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, or similar logistics/warehouse role.
• Strong understanding of stock control methodologies, stock counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general WMS systems.
• Excellent numerical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, drivers, and management.
