Valet Attendant

Job Description

Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Provides valet parking services to safely and efficiently move guest automobiles to a designated parking location while following Company policies and procedures.

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Drive vehicle to a specific spot in valet parking lot, secure, and note the space the vehicle is parked on the valet tag and log. Return the tag and keys to valet key booth.
• Inspect and make note of any and all damages to the vehicle as well as any other relevant information.
• Answer customers’ inquiries regarding company activities and/or promotions
• Other duties as assigned.

• Wear a uniform and groom appropriately
• Must be at least 18 years of age for insurance purposes
• Drive vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
• Must be comfortable driving vehicles of all sizes and types.
• Have a clean and valid Driver’s License
• Have strong customer service skills
• Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and on your feet
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to pass criminal background check in order to obtain a racing license.
