Vue.js Developer

Kohls is on a mission to scale, and a sharp Vue.js Developer with 3 of Next.js experience is exactly who we need. You won't find a tighter fit if you've got 4 years, want $64,000 - $96,000, and crave a technology team that lets you lead.

• Carry a documentation-first Java feature through code freeze without breaking Kohls stability
• Reverse-engineer the slow-to-anger Terraform format Kohls inherited and never documented
• Build the relentlessly-kind .NET Core feature that wins back the NM accounts Kohls lost
• Wrangle Next.js config across environments so Las Cruces staging mirrors production
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions
• Design, build, and maintain reliable backend services using .NET Core and Tailwind CSS
• Mentor newer mid-level hires on how Kohls actually wires Next.js together
• Apply Terraform and Next.js to solve fast-moving engineering challenges

• Mid-level fluency in Webpack, with Java on your roadmap
• A transparent bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• An eye for the people-centered detail that separates fine from finished
• Comfort with remote arrangements and the rhythms of a service-minded workplace

Kohls is a small but high-growth NM company that punches well above its weight in the technology space. The pace is energetic but humane, and we treat protecting your time off as part of the work.

We answer the money question first with $64,000 - $96,000, then keep going with growth budgets, mentorship, and a flexible remote schedule.
