• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment and ensure an exceptional client experience in the branch.
• Greet clients on entry, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them effectively, including checking them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including managing cash devices (e.g., cash vault and ATM). Resolve client issues promptly while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service, addressing specialized financial needs as needed.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients and encourage ongoing engagement.
• Support all aspects of branch operations with the Branch Manager, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure secure operations.

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and operational proficiency, ensuring transaction accuracy in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to educate and engage the branch team and partners, keeping them informed.
• Excellent client relationship-building skills and the ability to refer clients to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

• Complete the Branch Operations Lead Training Program prior to placement.
• Travel as required for in-person training and meetings.
