A Day in the Life of a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As a private duty nurse, you are the face of Avail Home Health & Senior Care Management. Most of your time is spent providing skilled nursing care one‑on‑one in patients’ homes, enabling them to attend school, go to movies, camp, and more. Your compassionate presence and positive attitude impact the patient’s entire household. You keep charting up‑to‑date and accurate, and you communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington State
• Current CPR certification
• New graduates are welcome!
