and Requirements
- Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
- Some managers also lead Departments. Responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their teams and other managers.
- Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities: making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for the best service.
- Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities: making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.
- People Department Manager responsibilities: making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager’s responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
- Looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun, with passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
- RDM Level 1 Wage $20.66 - 21.16 per hour
- 2 weeks paid vacation based off of average hours worked after being in a management position for one year
- Paid Sick Leave - earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
- 401k Profit Sharing Plan after 1 year of service (must be over 21, have worked for one year, have at least 1000 hours worked and LIM Grad)
- Eligible for up to $0.00 - $2,400 in bonuses per year
- Health Insurance available to FT employees working on average 30+ hours per week
- Tuition Assistance - $2,500/yr for Crew and $3,000/yr for Managers

- $0.25 pay increase on base pay after 90 days of service
- $0.50 pay increase on base pay after 1 year of service
- Overnight Premium Pay (Applies only to 24-hour restaurants only) Any employee who works at a 24-hour store will receive a differential pay of an additional $0.50 per hour for hours worked between 10 pm and 4 am during their overnight shift.
