The team partners closely with Treasury, Legal, Tax, Fixed Assets, and Operational Accounting, as well as external auditors, to ensure proper U.S. GAAP treatment, SEC-compliant disclosures, and alignment with the company’s capital structure strategy.

About The Role

As the Senior Manager of Treasury Accounting, you will lead the accounting and financial reporting for all corporate debt instruments, supporting a rapidly scaling, fixed‑asset‑intensive organization. • Ensure accurate recording of interest expense, amortization of debt issuance costs, and compliance with ASC 470 and applicable debt covenant requirements.
  • Support classification analyses for vendor financing and related accounting treatments.
  • Participate in new debt issuances, restructurings, extinguishments, amendments, and compliance certificate processes, ensuring proper technical accounting conclusions.
  • Draft debt footnote disclosures and MD&A content for SEC filings.
  • Collaborate with Fixed Assets and Operational Accounting teams on capitalized interest calculations and collateral compliance.
  • Manage 2–3 parallel cross‑functional initiatives, including system implementations, process enhancements, and SOX control design and execution.
  • Partner with external auditors on all treasury‑related accounting areas during quarterly reviews and annual audits.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
  • 8+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks.
  • Experience in both public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry is a plus.
  • 2–3 years of experience operating at the Senior Manager level with technical depth in debt accounting.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and project‑management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of explaining complex accounting topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across functions in a dynamic, fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
