Bolt Graphics, a Sunnyvale, California-based semiconductor startup, is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting operations, monthly closes, financial reporting, and equity compensation accounting. You will build scalable processes, manage the team, and ensure GAAP compliance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on stock option accounting (ASC 718, 409A valuations), advanced Quick Books skills, and prior controllership experience in a growth environment; CPA is preferred.
