Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting leaders with intricate global organizations.
- Understanding and practical application of project, program, and process management principles to solve operational challenges.
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects and events from concept to flawless execution.
- Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies, with a passion for leveraging them to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to communicate with a various range of people, job functions, and leadership levels.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services.
You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

US base salary range: $93,000-$133,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Pay is determined by role, level, location, and experience.
Responsibilities- Proactively manage complex calendars, global travel, and expenses for Directors.
- Drive the success of strategic projects by anticipating roadblocks, managing timelines, and ensuring clear communication across executive teams.
- Assist the creation and execution of impactful internal and external meetings, offsites, and events aligned with strategic objectives.
- Address complex, ambiguous challenges with creativity and minimal guidance, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, anticipate needs, and develop/implement scalable processes to optimize team's workflows and efficiency.
