As Director, you will be a key partner to the Vice President of Google Cloud Strategy and Operations (GCSO). You will be responsible for driving the strategic agenda, leading critical initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational aptitude, and the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the GCSO leadership team in shaping the direction of the organization, achieving operational aptitude, and executing to achieve trust for customers. You will partner closely with each leader in the organization, as well as leaders across Google Cloud.

• Lead the annual strategic planning process for the GCSO organization, in partnership with the leadership team.
  
  Manage the operational rhythm of the business, including weekly leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and quarterly all-hands meetings.
• Incubate and lead new strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
