Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Medical Oncologist with a passion for cancer genetics and prevention to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team in Sunnyvale, CA.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a state-of-the-art cancer center within one of the Bay Area’s most respected medical groups—where innovation, teamwork, and patient-centered care come together.
Position details- Manage patients at high-risk of cancer, including those with hereditary syndromes
- Collaborate with genetic counselors, specialists, and primary care
- Robust referral base
- Average of 13-14 patients per day
- No weekend or evening call required
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- Demonstrated interest or experience in genetic cancer risk assessment and prevention
- Guaranteed salary for two years, followed by production-based compensation
- Shareholder eligibility after two years
- Schedule flexibility and sabbaticals supporting physician well-being
