Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Migration Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance, integrity or reliability, and the ability to map business and work processes into flow charts. The candidate will also be responsible for standardizing work processes by utilizing industry best practices and coordinating work to align with business expectations.

• Lead and manage work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
• Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
• Lead discussions with customer to understand requirements and map out supporting documentations
• Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers
• Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
• Standardize work processes by utilizing industry best practices.
• Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication.
• Apply strong business acumen to understand and align project goals with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with Share Point
• Proficiency in Visio for creating detailed flow charts

• Relevant Oil & Gas background experience (Maintenance, Reliability, Integrity) and should have a surface oil & gas world exposure
• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant).
• Proven track record in maintenance, integrity, reliability or project engineering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Certification in project management or a related field.
• Experience with other project management tools and software.
