Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders;deep expertise in domain.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience working in hardware systems design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
• Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
• 10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up.
• 3 years of experience in technical leadership or management.
• Experience in PCIe, Double Data Rate (DDR), Ethernet, Universal Serial Bus(USB), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) etc.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $174,000‑$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Drive system development from concept through production.
• Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems.
• Lead the bring up, validation, New Product Introduction (NPI), deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
• Balance hardware performance priorities against power, cost, and cross‑functional considerations. Be responsible for meeting hardware product performance and regulatory specifications, if applicable.
