We are seeking a Senior Control Automation Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing advanced automation systems in a semiconductor production environment. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize advanced PLC/DCS control systems in a semiconductor production environment
• Lead software programming for factory automation systems and coordinate engineering changes
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians, sharing best practices and providing hands‑on training
• Collaborate with operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and vendors to improve processes and implement solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic automation upgrades to support long‑term business objectives

• Hands‑on experience with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial networking to improve production efficiency
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
• Effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to achieve shared goals
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers to support team growth and development
• Adaptability and forward‑thinking to optimize processes in a mid‑sized production environment
