Hardware Support Engineer III

Location:

Sunnyvale, CA, US (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Pay Range: $40/hr.

As a Support Engineer III, you will be part of the Design Support team supporting component selection, library management, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

• Review all requests for new components and ensure they meet existing design requirements.
• Assign inventory part numbers and create standardized descriptions for new parts.
• Establish and maintain specifications for custom and off-the-shelf components.
• Assist design engineers in selecting components that best fit design requirements.
• Interface with the ECAD team to maintain libraries and databases.

• Hands‑on experience with PMICs, SoCs, and discrete components (5+ years).
• Knowledge of ROHS and WEEE compliance (5+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Computer, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and component datasheets.
• Familiarity with Agile PLM or equivalent product lifecycle management tools.

• Fully onsite role in Sunnyvale, CA with Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM – 5 PM PT).
