Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager – System, you will engage with an experienced, inter‑disciplinary team to conceive, design, and deliver innovative consumer products. You will drive key aspects of product definition, execution, testing, and delivery while collaborating with product, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier partners.

Responsibilities
  • Drive execution of projects, manage global project builds, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional project meetings, milestone reviews, and present project status to the executive team.
  • Develop the project plan and schedule, obtain executive approval, and ensure timely release of all assemblies to production.
  • Experience with configuration management deliverables and supplier engagement.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of experience managing complex technology projects on compressed schedules.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high‑performing, technologically‑savvy teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
  • Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues, and tracking bugs.
  • Experience managing the introduction of new technologies and understanding product development life cycles.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements for technology integration and hands‑on experience at overseas manufacturing facilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
