Eurofins EAG Materials Science is seeking aTechnical Specialist with a strong background insurface analysis (e.g. SIMS) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to transition into a role that blends technical expertise with customer engagement and strategic problem‑solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead management with CRM administration.
• Serve as technical liaison for surface analysis requests.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored surface analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including statements of work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to revenue growth.

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Materials Characterization experience in semiconductor industry, especially surface analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient listener with strong analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Technically adept and computer literate.
