As the Customer Solutions Engineering Site Lead
, you will lead a small onsite multidisciplinary team of Software Quality Engineering, Mechanical, Hardware, and Software engineers responsible for delivering and supporting customer-specific System Level Test solutions. You will serve as the primary onsite engineering interface between the customer and internal teams, driving technical execution, customer readiness, and successful deployment.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the onsite multidisciplinary engineering team, establishing priorities, ownership, accountability, and a culture of technical excellence.
• Partner with Software Product Management and Software Quality Engineering to plan testing and delivery of customer software releases and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain onsite lab systems, test equipment, configurations, and infrastructure to support development, troubleshooting, and verification.
• Lead investigation and resolution of customer test program interactions with hardware and software, coordinating root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification.
• Partner with the customer to define requirements for new devices and lead the definition, design, integration, and verification of change kits and customer-specific solutions.
• Serve as the primary onsite engineering contact, working across Product, Platform, Applications, Project Management, Support, and Manufacturing to communicate status, manage technical risks, and drive commitments to closure.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering OR equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including team members outside of direct reporting relationships.
