Massage Therapist - Sunnyvale, CA

Part-time, 10 hours/week

Health Fitness is looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join the team at our new client site in Sunnyvale, California . In this position, you will be responsible for administering professional table and/or chair massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.

Schedule will be based on appointments booked.

Working hours:

Mon - Thurs, 7am - 6pm.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.

• General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.

• Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site table and chair massage in a corporate setting within a fitness center.

• Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• Massage Therapy License for the state of California required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• 2+ years of massage therapy experience required.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Experience in sports massage techniques.

• Good communication skills; listening and verbal.

Compensation:
This is a commission based position.
