Are you a Registered Behavior Technician looking for meaningful, consistent work with older students? Join our team on a high school campus, where you’ll help students ages 13–22 build the behavioral, social, communication and independent living skills they need for life after school.

We’re looking for a dedicated, reliable and patient RBT to support students with disabilities in the classroom and around campus. You’ll work closely with BCBAs, teachers, therapists and other staff to carry out behavior intervention plans, support IEP goals, and help teens and young adults gain confidence and independence and model behavior strategies on campus as outlined by a BCBA.

Why RBTs Choose Us:
  • One campus, one team. You’ll work in a school setting with a consistent team and student group
  • Meaningful work with teens and young adults. Help students practice real-world skills such as self-advocacy, social skills, daily living and job readiness as they prepare for adulthood.
  • Collaborative support. You’ll get BCBA supervision and work alongside an experienced educational team.
  • Room to grow. Ongoing training and professional development, with growth opportunities in behavior analysis and education.
  • School is year round and the work schedule is:
