Solutions Engineer

The role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will help Account Executives close more revenue by providing everything needed throughout the sales process: technical demos, trials, and post‑sales onboarding (in partnership with the Technical Support team). This role requires deep technical knowledge in networking and computer science to support multiple Coram product lines.

• Join sales demos as needed to answer technical questions from prospects
• Bring strong technical credibility to customer calls
• Help Account Executives architect solutions to meet customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during trials and onboarding
• Write or update product documentation where gaps exist
• Work closely with Technical Support Engineers as deals close and customers are onboarded

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, IT, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in computer networking
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, and API integrations
• Ability to read and understand API documentation to integrate with the Coram application
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Ability to work in an onsite environment – we move quicker when we’re in the same room

The OTE range for this role is $100,000–$180,000 plus equity.
