Summary:
The Program Manager, GenAI role will serve as a backbone for GenAI workforce planning and vendor operations support, acting as the central POC for vendors operating within this rapidly evolving space. By providing centralized coordination, the position will help streamline processes, ensure operational mechanisms, and foster partnerships with external vendors. The individual will be responsible for deriving actionable insights from key metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and pioneering innovative approaches to workforce and vendor management in a unique environment.
This role is critical to enabling scalable, efficient, and adaptive operations that support the growth and success of GenAI initiatives.
Program Manager GenAI, Scaled Product Delivery Responsibilities:
Build and maintain processes, systems, and documentation to support vendor operations
Collect, analyze, and report on key metrics related to workforce and vendor performance
Derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. Present findings to leadership and recommend improvements
Continuously seek new ways to optimize operations in a dynamic environment
Pilot and implement innovative solutions for workforce and vendor management
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in GenAI
Ensure operational mechanisms and scalability for vendor-related activities
Identify and implement best practices for vendor management
Monitor and mitigate risks associated with workforce and vendor operations
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations
Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
Address and resolve escalations or issues as they arise
6+ years in finance, resource planning, workforce management, workforce analytics, vendor operations, or a combination of these domains
Self-starter with the experience navigating high levels of ambiguity and complexity
Experience in process documentation and iterative process improvement
Experience developing financial plans, budgets, ROI analysis, or cost-benefit assessments
Full proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar data visualization applications
Team-player focused on winning together, achieving more as a team than as an individual
$143,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
