The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence Data Services (AGI‑DS) organization develops diverse datasets to train and evaluate Amazon AI models. Key job responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact and the account owner for our key science customers.
  • Build and execute plans for fulfilling the customer’s mid‑term and long‑term data needs across diverse domains, novel data formats, and multiple fulfillment channels.
  • Find opportunities for multiplying innovation across different data work streams, leading advances into science and complex data representations.
  • Work across teams, with a wide range of stakeholders, and elbow‑to‑elbow with our scientists and Language Engineers as well as partner product teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • 3+ years experience in complex data creation for AI models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million‑dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
