• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
• 5 years of experience with Machine Learning (ML) design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).

• 15 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with software and hardware product launches and new product introductions.
• Experience launching and managing enterprise software applications and master data systems.
• Ability to develop executive‑ready communications and influence cross‑functional leadership including stakeholders.

You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross‑functional partners across the company.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Machine Learning Deployment Acceleration, you will be accelerating Google's machine learning infrastructure deployment. You will improve processes, systems, and communications for execution across teams like Engineering, Operations, and Finance. You will drive executive and customer‑facing communications, providing technical direction, and facilitating decision‑making to achieve results. You will have experience in Hardware/Software product launches, enterprise applications, and customer engagement.

You will lead and influence executives and manage projects in a matrixed organization.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $227,000‑$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
