Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
Process Improvement & Analysis:
- Meet with team leads to map, document, and analyze current-state processes.
- Propose future-state designs and identify gaps and improvement opportunities based on ROI (cost vs. benefit).
- Build business cases for prioritized projects and develop leadership presentations to secure sponsorship and resources.
- Assess tools and systems across functions, recommend consolidation opportunities, and implement governance standards.
- Support business teams in optimizing tool utilization and integration.
- Gather and document requirements from multiple functional teams.
- Translate business needs into design documents, user journeys, and functional requirements for software development teams.
- Support testing activities and develop user documentation and training materials.
- Define metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to track progress and measure success.
- Establish review cadences and ensure visibility with stakeholders.
- Lead complex, cross-functional programs ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop standardized templates, frameworks, and operating structures for project execution.
- Drive adoption of program management best practices across teams.
- Manage portfolio health by tracking status, identifying risks, and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Develop and deploy effective change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Facilitate key meetings, drive agenda outcomes, and ensure closure on major decisions.
- Oversee PMO-related tasks including operations, reporting, and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles and ability to define standards and policies.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes in a high-tech manufacturing or operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives under pressure, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Experience driving strategy and change management across global teams.
