SAP instances at Apple are among the largest and most dynamic enterprise systems globally. To support our robust business growth, Apple seeks a highly motivated and talented individual to join our IS&T SAP Architecture and Design Governance team.

The SAP Architecture and Design Governance Sr. Business Systems Analyst will guide SAP IS&T functional teams in crafting solutions that meet business needs. The analyst will ensure that designs align with Apple’s overall system application standards and design principles.

The candidate will collaborate closely with our functional IS&T and business teams to comprehend specific requirements. Subsequently, the Governance Team will review and recommend scalable solutions to address these needs. These solutions are not only designed to fulfill functional business requirements but also to ensure global scalability, adhere to Apple’s established software development and project management methodologies, and adhere to global design principles and guidelines.

Candidates must possess a strong foundation in business process knowledge and relevant experience working with all SAP Customer Experience modules, including SAP S/4

HANA, SAP C4C, Hybris, GTS, and SAP Business Intelligence or SAP HANA analytical reporting systems.

Familiarity with functional integration within SAP systems and data integration between SAP and non-SAP systems is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with multiple full-life-cycle OTC implementations processing a high volume of international orders with intricate pricing, order management, delivery, and billing requirements is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will also have experience leading teams in dynamic and collaborative environments, effectively communicating within and across all organizational levels.

• Support the review of submitted technical designs for multiple concurrently running projects. Understand updates, recommend improvements, and approve globally scalable designs that adhere to Apple design principles.
• Become the owner/subject matter expert in emerging technologies and SAP direction within assigned areas. Share such knowledge with a wider IS&T and business audience as necessary.
• Help formulate/review resource, timeline, and cost estimates used to establish project budgets.
• Lead efforts to identify the root cause of issues, collect information to gain increased understanding, or drive a “Proof of Concept” prototype initiative.

• MS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of hands‑on SAP configuration and implementation experience in SAP systems such as SAP S/4 (SD, FI, MM/PP), SAP CRM, SAP BI, and SAP HANA

• Experience in Agentic AI, SAP Business Data Cloud is a definite plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
