As a Senior Operations Program Manager, you will collaborate with an experienced, cross-disciplinary team to conceive, design, and develop innovative consumer products. You must be responsive, flexible, and capable of thriving in an open, collaborative peer environment.
Key job responsibilities Role- Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition
- Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture
- Understand current system capabilities and limitations
- Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost
- Drive continuous improvement
- Monitor supply and fulfillment of devices
- This role may require some travel
We are a team of motivated individuals dedicated to launching personalized devices that delight our customers and generate additional revenue for Amazon. We provide product operations leadership and collaborate across all functions. As supply chain partners to the broader Amazon Devices organization, we work together to drive product roadmaps and guide portfolio direction.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree in a related technical field
