Walmart International Tech builds eCommerce platforms serving millions worldwide. The Technical Program Management team plays a key role in delivering impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth. Operating from Sunnyvale and the India Development Center, the team applies disciplined program management to coordinate complex initiatives. Collaborating closely with engineering and product teams, they ensure seamless execution, drive process improvements, and manage cross-functional dependencies.

The team emphasizes clear communication, strategic planning, and continuous innovation to deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with Walmart’s global goals.
What you'll do:

  Market Onboardingforinternationalmarkets.
• Ownend-to-endprogramexecution,fromplanningandprioritizationthroughdeliveryandoperationalreadiness.
• Partner with Product,Engineering,Data Science,and Businessteamstoaligngoals,requirements,androadmaps.
• Manage cross-functionaldependencies,risks,issues,andescalationstoensurepredictabledelivery.
• Drivetechnicalinitiativesthatimprovesearchrelevance,platformscalability,reliability,and performance.
• Establishprogramgovernance,trackkeymetrics,andprovideclearcommunicationtostakeholdersandleadership.
• Usedata-driveninsightstooptimizeexecution,acceleratemarketexpansion,endenhancecustomerexperiences.

• 7+yearsof
  
  Technical Program Managementexperienceleadingsoftwaredeliveryprogramswithsignificantbusinessimpact .
• Expertiseinprogrammanagement,Agile methodologies,risk management,stakeholder engagement,andcross-functional execution.
• StrongtechnicalfoundationinSDLC,system architecture,cloud infrastructure,APIs,andscalableplatformdesign.
• Experience leading Search,Personalization,Recommendation Systems,andAI/MLinitiatives,includingrelevance,ranking,experimentation,anduseranalytics.
• Provenabilitytopartnerwith Product,Engineering,Design,and Operationsteamstodelivertechnicalsolutions.
• Strong analytical,communication,and problem-solvingskillswithadata-driven approach.
• Proficiency with Jira,Jira Align,Big Picture,andrelatedprogrammanagementtools.
