About the team:
The Marketplace TPM team leads Walmart’s key technology initiatives by partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams. Operating in complex environments, the team emphasizes operational excellence, technical expertise, and disciplined execution. They develop scalable solutions that improve seller and customer experiences while streamlining processes. By establishing efficient frameworks, the team accelerates delivery with quality, transparency, and accountability across large, cross-functional programs.

This role demands strong skills in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and technical design to deliver impactful and sustainable results.

What you'll do:
Leadthestrategy,planning,andend-to-enddeliveryofcompany-wide,multi-yeartechnicalinitiativesspanninghundredsofengineers.
