Dollar Tree is the kind of transparent Sunnyvale company that sales marketing engineers leave their old jobs to join. Here, ownership means you're empowered to fix what's broken without waiting for permission.

At Dollar Tree the paycheck opens at $157,000 - $231,000 and the perks, from learning stipends to flexible Sunnyvale, CA hours, only widen from there.

This is an open, funded role that we intend to fill in the coming weeks.
