Role: Engagement Manager (Managed Services)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (100% onsite, 5 days/week)
Job Type: Full time only
Key Requirements- Must have experience managing 20+ engineers in a large-scale managed services environment.
- Strong expertise in:
- Video Quality Testing
- Image Quality Testing
- Streaming Applications
- Computer Vision
- Embedded Systems
- Product Development Testing
- Experience with device labs, sensors, continuous testing, and CI environments is highly preferred.
- Lead a large onsite managed services engagement with end-to-end delivery ownership.
- Manage team build-out, KPI achievement, customer satisfaction, reporting, and business outcomes.
- Work closely with engineers, testers, customers, and stakeholders to drive execution and measurable results.
- Handle escalations, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
