Amazon Science seeks a Principal Applied Scientist to lead real-time multimodal conversational AI research and delivery. You will own two focus areas: scaling foundation models for speech and audio and building post-training systems, including reward modeling and reinforcement learning, driving natural, human-like interactions.
You will set the technical direction, influence the roadmap, and collaborate with inference engineers to ensure immediate production readiness from design to deployment.
