What You’ll Do- Hire, onboard and develop Executive Directors and key Coordinators
- Lead talent planning, EDIT placements and succession strategies
- Conduct comprehensive site visits and annual Quality Service Reviews
- Provide sales leadership, pricing guidance and Director of Sales coaching
- Develop and execute regional marketing and External Business Development strategies
- Monitor P&L performance, labor, census, and revenue drivers
- Leverage business intelligence tools for strategic decision-making
- Champion regulatory compliance and basic quality assurance
- Drive engagement initiatives and hold leaders accountable to performance standards
- Model Sunrise’s Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values
