Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Assemble and inspect small electronic components (PCBs, hard drives, chips) in a high‑volume production environment
• Operate and maintain precision inspection equipment (CMM, OMM, AOI, microscopes, metrology tools)
• Perform quality control and functional testing on electronic assemblies
• Document defects, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve supplier performance
• Adhere to cleanroom protocols (Class 10,000; full bunny suit) and maintain strict quality standards
• Assist in developing inspection methodologies and process improvements

• Hands‑on experience in electronic assembly and inspection, with a focus on PCBs, hard drives, chips, and related components
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment (Class 10,000 or ISO 7; full bunny suit)
• IPC‑A‑610 certification (or willingness to obtain);
  Six Sigma, Lean, or SMT‑related certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related scientific field preferred
• Experience at Tier 1 Contract Manufacturers (Flex, Jabil, Celestica, Sanmina, Plexus, etc.) or OEMs (Apple, Google, Meta, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, etc.) highly desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office and enterprise tools (Slack, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
