• Work in a team‑based manufacturing laboratory responsible for synthesizing, testing, and qualifying ion exchange media used in chromatography consumables.
• The role supports high‑quality production through accurate testing, documentation, data analysis, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Perform testing and qualification of resin products using specialized instruments to meet customer demand.
• Record, analyze, and report test results accurately while maintaining proper documentation.
• Complete complex production work orders according to established procedures.
• Analyze data, derive conclusions, and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support manufacturing and quality goals.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines and corporate quality policies.
• Follow EH&S safety requirements and participate in safety improvement initiatives.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose countermeasures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.

• Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and follow written SOPs and verbal instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong sense of ownership, punctuality, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Understanding of production schedules and task prioritization.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, sitting, and manual handling tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in a chemistry laboratory.
• Knowledge of chromatography software.
• Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., wrenches, torque drivers, tweezers).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and PPI Continuous Improvement tools.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new technical skills.
