- The Associate Manufacturing Technician supports manufacturing laboratory operations by performing image reviews, operating robotic equipment, loading and unloading equipment, and packaging products within a controlled manufacturing environment while following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Execute daily production schedules including changeovers, image reviews, and packaging using manual and automated processes
- Operate robotic and manufacturing equipment
- Load and unload equipment and package finished products
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and good documentation practices - Work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on a daily basis
- Understand and carry out written, oral, and diagram-based instructions
- Communicate production status and updates to department Leads and Supervisors
- Maintain compliance with safety requirements and PPE guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow SOPs and good documentation practices
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules
- Experience with robotic or automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience working in regulated or lab-based manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with PPE, safety assessments, and job safety analysis (JSA) procedures
