Position: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94039
Pay: $95 - 100/hr
Schedule: 09:30 am - 06:30 pm (Monday to Friday) | 60 min lunch | 40 hours weekly
Age: 2+ years
OverviewSeeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services at an occupational health clinic to the employees and their dependents. The role will focus primarily on acute care and follow-up visits in a workplace-based setting.
- Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic
- Primary care, Urgent care, Acute care, Occupational health, or experience in a similar setting is preferred
- EPIC EMR experience is a PLUS
- Active BLS from AHA or be willing to obtain it post-offer.
