Showing Agent Opportunity – Producing Agent Path

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $159,000+

In this opportunity, you will conduct showings, assist with client communication, and learn the daily habits that drive results. You’ll gain real-world experience working with active buyers and develop the confidence to convert opportunities into closed transactions.

We’re looking for motivated professionals who want to see if they have what it takes to thrive in real estate. A current real estate license is required, but we will also consider candidates actively completing coursework toward licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead follow-up
  • Database campaigns
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Qualifications
  • Must live in an area
  • Can spend a large amount of time driving
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision

$159,000 at plan
