Security Officer GSOC Operator

** As a GSOC Operator, you will serve as a key member of the Surefox Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), supporting real-time monitoring, incident response, access control oversight, staffing coordination, and internal security communications. This is a
** support-based operational role
** that works
** under the direction of Assistant Program Managers (APMs)
** and plays a critical role in maintaining safe, consistent, and compliant security operations.
**** Conduct
** daily virtual briefings with uniformed security officers**.
**** Meet and pass
** Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT)
** requirements, as assigned.**
* ** Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.**
* ** Must pass a background check.**
* ** High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).**
* ** 2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, security systems, or related fields.**
* ** Availability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and holidays.**
* ** Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.**
* ** Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems (e.g., Genetec, Lenel).**
* ** Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.**
* ** Reliable transportation and ability to remain onsite during critical events.**
* ** Prior experience working in or directly supporting a GSOC or ISOC.**
* ** Genetec or CCTV administrator experience.**
* ** Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, or operational support functions.**
* ** Military, veteran, or first responder background.**
* ** Relevant security or systems certifications.
