• Act as a domain expert for Traffic Infrastructure and make architectural decisions
• Design, implement, deploy, and maintain traffic routing platforms to optimize global traffic flow
• Collaborate with customers and leaders to create roadmaps and deliver products
• Lead and mentor teams while building and operating large-scale systems
• Define and enforce best practices for craftsmanship and innovation within the team

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithm-related solutions
• 6+ years of programming experience in C/C++, Rust, Go, or similar languages
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing large-scale distributed systems and databases
• 2+ years of experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS

• MS or PhD with 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in building machine learning platforms at large scale
• Proven experience in migrating large-scale legacy systems and codebases
• Familiarity with traffic systems from CDNs to load balancers and routing
• Experience managing traffic infrastructure using open‑source software like Apache Traffic Server, HAProxy, or Envoy
