Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with 5–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce development, customization, and integrations, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions. This role requires expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce best practices, along with team leadership and project execution capabilities.

• Technical Leadership & Solution Design:
  Lead Salesforce technical implementations, ensuring best practices and high performance. Design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and data modeling. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and release management guidelines.
• Development & Customization:
  Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages. Implement Salesforce integrations. Optimize SOQL queries, data models, and platform performance. Conduct code reviews, enforce CI/CD pipelines, and deploy changes using Salesforce Dev Ops tools. Write high-quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases.
• Legal Industry Customizations:
  Implement Salesforce-based solutions for legal operations and case management. Customize objects, workflows, and automation to align with business requirements. Ensure compliance with legal industry standards and best practices in Salesforce configurations. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical input and ensuring timely delivery.
  
  Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product.

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 5–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Dev Ops (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Understanding of the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect (preferred).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies.
• Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform as part of the ISV Partner Program.
