Software Test Senior – Overview

OASYS, INC., a leading‑edge government contractor, seeks a full‑time Software Test Senior to support our space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California. In this role you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP): requirements analysis, object‑oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery. The position requires a US Citizen and a Final Secret government security clearance before starting at a facility that requires special access.

• Experience in Embedded Systems
• Experience with C++, C, and Python programming languages
• Understanding of Object Oriented Design
• Full software development lifecycle experience
• Experience with Vx Works

• Previous experience writing and designing to software requirements
• Ability to perform software integration and test development activities
• Ability to work within multiple programming languages, operating systems, and development environments
• Previous experience with driver development
• Previous experience with board support package development
• Previous experience with operating system configuration and/or development

Position requires a Secret clearance. Must be a US Citizen.

Ability to work remotely:
Onsite full‑time requirement.

Schedule:

9x80 every other Friday off.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $93,200 – $164,450. For other states the range reflects final work location. Salary is a general guideline and will consider scope, responsibilities, experience, education, key skills, market and business considerations.
