OASYS, INC., a leading‑edge government contractor, is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to support our Space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California.

OASYS, INC. is seeking an experienced Software Manager to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity. In this role, you will lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object‑oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.

Lead software engineering teams, manage projects, and provide leadership of people. Develop software, lead development efforts, and manage projects from inception through delivery.

• Ability to work with multi‑disciplined teams
• Experience working embedded software development
• Experience leading software development teams
• Experience managing software development projects
• Experience with Earned Value Reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Dev Sec Ops
• Experience working with US Government Customers
• Experience presenting formal software materials to customer audiences

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
