Software Engineer, Embedded Software Engineer

OASYS, INC., a Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a Software Engineer position to support our Space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California.

OASYS, INC. is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support our Space customer in Huntsville, Alabama and Sunnyvale, California. In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object-oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of languages such as C or C++.

• Experience with programming languages such as C, C++
• Experience or classroom knowledge with embedded software/hardware
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Aerospace Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university
• Active/Final Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required

• Knowledge of Agile Software Development
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Previous experience designing to software requirements
• Experience with full software life cycle development including SW design, architecture, integration & test

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite.

9x80 every other Friday off.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $76,500 - $134,895.
