We’re looking for a Backend Engineer (Cloud) who’s passionate about building amazing cloud-based systems and solving tough problems. If you love coding, thrive on challenges, and want to make an impact by creating scalable, reliable backend services, this role is for you!

• Design and build backend services for cloud applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Apply SDLC best practices and modern engineering principles.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance in cloud environments.
• Automate workflows and improve tooling for developers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong coding skills and backend development experience.
• Comfortable with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of automation and deployment tooling.
• Understanding of software best practices and design patterns.

• Experience with production‑scale deployments.
• Exposure to SRE troubleshooting and reliability practices.
• Proficiency in Golang for backend development.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.

Primary Location Pay Range: $ - $. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience.
