Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of the code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM platform development.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Experience with Salesforce administration and customization.
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, Informatica).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
