About the Team

The Transactional System provides core transactional capabilities, managing payment processing, promotions, fraud prevention, and compliance. Our team ensures seamless transactions, mitigates risks, and maintains governance. We are a motivated, agile group solving complex problems, building next-gen scalable omni solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop business and technical solutions.
• Lead and participate in projects, translating requirements into technical solutions, developing code, testing, and collaborating across teams.
• Review and approve architectural solutions, perform design and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
• Support business needs by responding to technical inquiries and facilitating solutions.
• Lead discovery phases, obtain cross-functional approvals, and design high-level solutions.
• Apply expertise to improve practices, support business needs, and build stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies, support company values, and promote ethical standards.
• Lead automation initiatives, improve build processes, and educate teams on automation and pipelines.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, with 3 years’ experience, or 5 years’ experience in software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant fields with 1 year experience, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating accessible digital experiences, implementing WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices.
